The majority of Neshaminy Electric & NECCO Security’s workers compensation experience has been good resulting in Experience Mod Factors (EMF) below 1.00.
Neshaminy Electric/ NECCO Security continues to maintain EMF’s below 1.00 in both New Jersey (0.776) and Delaware (0.979).
In an effort to control their workers compensation losses, Neshaminy Electric/ NECCO Security and Hartford (workers compensation carrier,) have completed a detailed analysis of past claims and ongoing safety programs.
They have agreed on the following Action Plan:
- Training of all Job Superintendents/ Project Managers and Forepersons. OSHA 10 hour and Accident Investigation. (Completed and ongoing)
- Jobsite training of all personnel with an emphasis on material handling and slips, trips and falls. (Completed and ongoing)
- Safety Committee meets on a monthly basis.
- President prepares weekly safety letter and “Toolbox Talks.”
- Hartford performs on site inspections and provides written reports of their findings to upper management.
- Neshaminy Electrical Contractors, Inc. and NECCO Security feel the above steps will be beneficial in preventing future claims thereby reducing their Pennsylvania Experience Mod Factor to below 1.00.
